Residence Hall Upgrades
($500,000) – update three of the University’s oldest residence halls (Greene Hall, Talley Hall, and Talbot Hall) to today’s modern standards.
Facility and Maintenance Endowments
($500,000) – provide perpetual resources to maintain and update existing facilities.
Campus Beautification Endowments
($100,000) – provide annual resources for campus upkeep and landscaping.
Peace Hall Upgrades
($500,000) – increase the learning space for the growing academic programs in the College of Liberal and Performing Arts.
Renovation of Wilson Hall
($200,000) – renovate the first floor of Wilson Hall to be the home of the University’s new Cybersecurity Program.
Harton Theatre Upgrades
($140,000) – enhance the sound, lighting, seating and stage area of the University’s largest venue for theatre productions, lectures, and concerts.
